We took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard this weekend and had such a great day. We went on a Jaws tour, cuddled alpacas, and just enjoyed the beautiful scenery and colorful houses. The biggest impression it made on me was how friendly the people were. Bus drivers were extremely patient and helpful, one even waiting for me to go to the ATM! Restaurant and shop owners let us use the bathroom without being customers and even when their bathroom doubled as a cleaning closet. I don’t think you’d find that many places! People seemed happy to be there and proud of their little island. We didn’t get to see everything, as is usually the case with kids, but we enjoyed a picnic on the Jaws bridge and just going with the flow. Incredibly, the ferry back to Cape Cod had the most amazing sunset that we all took a moment to enjoy. You win, Martha’s Vineyard!
✨Remember how your clothes don’t fit, your body feels sluggish, your skin doesn’t glow, you don’t have energy, you want to feel beautiful, you’re regretting what you ate, you’re wishing you worked out today, you wanted to change.......remember those things before making another unhealthy choice✨
Why is it so hard to stay on track?🤔For most women, it’s because they’re trying to do it alone. No one will know you didn’t stay on your meal plan, no one will know you didn’t work out this week, no one will know you lost your motivation, no one will know you gave up🙁
Unless you’re on our team. You can have an online community to check in with. You can have a place to track your meal plans and workouts, you can help other women with their accountability and motivation, you can have a tribe of ladies with the same struggles👯♀️A place to share your frustrations, a place to reach your goals and new friends to chat with so you don’t have to do it alone❤️
That will keep you on track🙌🏻Plus, your trainer is in your living room whenever you’re ready👏🏻Plus who wants to go to the gym at 5 am this winter🙅🏻♀️❄️Brrrrrr
So tell me again why this isn’t for you?!😘
Nothing like truckin down hill in the rain packing a toddler on yer back. #momentexchange
This little boy is turning into a great little hiker!! 🤗
He’s standing here, on top of the world, his ‘hiking stick’ in his hand, and all smiles with pride and excitement!!!!
Definitely makes up for any trail meltdowns of toddlerhood, haha!! 😂
If you try hiking with your kiddos and hate it, have a rough day, carry a screaming child uphill for 30 minutes, rattle your nerves at the trail’s edge, or reach the absolute end of your patience-that’s ok! Totally normal!! I was about to say that every hike goes better than the last, but that’s not 100% true. There is, however, a constant upswing in his efforts, stamina, and best of all-excitement!!!
Just stick with it. Hiking with young kiddos is not easy, but the moments like this are so so so #worthit

Trying hard to conquer Monday like this Alaska born baby conquered our day at the lake! She means business and I love her for it👊🏼 I miss her famous scoot, and hearing people call her “Scooter”. She isn’t afraid to get dirty, and has been a go-getter since the moment she was mobile and I don’t see anything stopping her! She’s my
We never let parenthood slow us down, even if it means splitting our laps.
So grateful for everyone who went out of their way this weekend to make me feel special.
I feel so honored and grateful. Here’s to a 1/4 of a century 🎉
Get ready for a week in paradise! Accessible only by boat or small plane, Isla Holbox is an idyllic island located two hours north of Cancun, Mexico. There are no cars or paved roads on the island...just a small village with dusty streets, overgrown mangroves and a stretch of beautiful beach! You're sure to fall in love with the local community and the eclectic mix of travelers from around the world who have come to explore this hidden gem.⠀
Have any of you traveled to Holbox with kids? If so, we'd love to hear about your family's experience! Share your thoughts with us in the comments. #gowithnugget

Running into the week! Sometimes it seems like the weekend just disappears between all of the places we need to go and things we need to accomplish. .
It was a slow weekend, nothing we had to do or places we needed to be. We hiked - a new to us hike - we played board games, we let the kids be bored until they found a toy they hadn't played with in a long time or used their imagination. I do love to travel and explore but there is definitely something to be said about a quiet, slow weekend. .
How was your weekend?
Today is my last day off work and we have just two more days left to love on my parents!
It’s been so nice to take a REAL break from work and social media to soak in some quality family time and recharge the soul ✨
The leader of the pack. #mcm
Kicked off week 6! Needed some #motivation
this morning!!! A little all natural preworkout 💛(link in my bio), some inspiration from my hubs ✨, and the reminder that I do this to be the #bestversionofme
was what I needed!! 🙌
Remember why you started, remember your goals 💯. If you only do this for a nicer body, you likely won’t keep it up! 🤷♀️ What is your driver?!
I’m in this to be a better mom, wife, friend, and person. I’m in this to be happy 😊 - truly happy. We get there by constantly striving toward the best version of ourselves. By making the hard good choices over the easy wrong ones.
I kick off another challenge on October 22nd - will you be with me?👊
The boys went on a dudes camping trip this past weekend to Moosehead (after talking about it, giddily, for the last month), giving Caoimhe and I some special mama/daughter time. I can not recommend these individual kid dates more— for a night, or weekend, it’s such a sweet way to slow down and fully engage. No matter what you do, summiting small hills, exploring remote islands or just baking some muffins and playing countless rounds of Spanish bingo, it all feels so special. Moreover, watching them light up when they saw each other after spending a night apart and listening to them tell each other their weekend tales made my heart nearly explode....
Who else had downpours over the weekend? The sun is back out today, which we’re loving! If you’ve not yet made your own wormery, now’s the perfect time! There will be lots of wiggly worms out in the garden. Head on over to our blog to download our easy peasy ‘how to’ guide!
*New Post* ❤Engaging children with the natural world can mean so much more than just a trip to the park or an episode of Mr Bloom. But it doesn't have to cost you a week at Center Parcs either. Here's my new blog post with 8 low/no cost ways to encourage your children to engage with the natural world.🦋🦀🌻See link in bio xx
The trail was super muddy from melting snow but the boys had the best time ever. These two love the nature more than anything and you can only imagine what happens when we are at home: they are like little monkeys jumping on everything 🐵🙈🙉🙊
✔ Асияна @asiyana.nagaeva

✔ Лиля @bring_baby_abroad
расскажет о восхождении к базовому лагерю Эвереста
с двумя детьми (11 мес и 3.4г) без гидов и портеров. О маршруте, питании, ночлеге во время трека, а также что такое горная болезнь и как её избежать (04.10)

The last batch of Watermelon before we move on to pumpkin everything 🍂
This little guy was so happy to join his big brother on his first @boyscoutsofamerica
camping trip! He was just so happy to be there & we all had a blast!
I really did wash his hands right before dinner but why 🤷🏻♀️
“It had nothing to do with the gear or footwear or the backpack fads or the philosophies of any particular era or even with getting from point A to point B. It had to do with how it felt to be in the wild. With what it was like to walk for miles with no reason other than to witness the accumulation of trees and meadows, mountains and deserts, streams and rocks, rivers and grasses, sunrises and sunsets. The experience was powerful and fundamental it seemed to me that it had always felt like this to be a human in the wild, and as long as the wild existed it would always feel this way.” -WILD Cheryl Strayed
Gummy bears! Treats for everyone 🐻🍭
It’s typical of her to draw hearts everywhere...and typical of her brother to say it’s a bum 🙄
is dedicated to parents out there who take pictures of smiling kids but know that the minute the camera is off, life gets complicated. Traveling with a special needs child isn't always the rosy picture you see before you. It can be messy, and loud, and frightening, and angering. It can be expensive, and a whole lotta work!
Let me tell you about this picture. Right behind this Jackalope is a makeshit water park with jets that spray out of the ground. I can see how much fun that could be if it was July or August and it was the middle of a heat wave.
But early June? In 60 degree weather? That water is COLD. And A hates getting wet unexpectedly.
So imagine that you walk out of the building and get randomly sprayed by very cold water? And then, when you step back to figure out where the water is coming from, you get sprayed again from another angle. Wouldn't you be upset?
What preceeded this picture was tears and screaming and hitting and thrashing. In order to calm down, we had to find something to hit to get all our anger out so we could settle.
This picture came after 15 minutes of negotiating and calming techniques. He may be smiling, but Momma was crying and exhausted.
I post these photos because the happy memories always outweigh the bad. I wouldn't stop taking him places because he behaved this way. We create coping mechanisms and techniques to combat the worst and hope for the best. Because when he is happy, these experiences are magical. .
