When your body hurts so you’re not to sure what #workout
you want to do....and this #rockstar
certainly is not who you look forward to if you are #sore
, in fact you might opt to take the left turn and end up at Starbucks instead of the right turn to her class.
Well.....this was simply put- such a blissful class- when you #activate
the appropriate muscles for the movement/exercise, man, it’s a completely different workout.
Not too many reps- but everything feels well.....activated.
I went in feeling tired and sore, I left feeling #rejuvenated
, a better #rangeofmotion
, and completely satisfied with my workout. And that feels good! I hope you are being cued how to lift right. If you are getting injured, this girl should be your new best friend! Thanks for an awesome class this morning @buildingbodies4life
