There will always be an excuse for everything, whether its cooking, training, doing the washing, doing one more job at work before you knock off etc! It’s easy to say the excuse instead of doing the task. We are all humans, we all do it.
But stop. There is always time. Organise yourself, your priorities and plan your day, your week or your month. The less you think about how to get out of something, you would have been half way through the task by now!
I struggled for time today, but I found 20 minutes and I did 18 minutes tabata! It was body weight strength and cardio and it got me good 💦💪 (for those of you who don’t train with me, tabata is 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest before you head into the next exercise). Today’s included 👉

This first tip from my latest Q & A i mentioned the importance of compound lifts for 6 pack. Because of the additional benefit to the rest of your body and the anabolic effect.
Hanging L holds(📷) or hanging leg-raises require both stabilisation of the upperbody (to stop swinging) and lowerbody generated ab work so they trump more isolated Upperbody generated ab work (like crunches).
