fans 🙌🏼 and anyone wanting to increase STRENGTH and POWER with the BIG 4 MOVERS so you can BEAST through the rest of your workouts!
I call it the 4:44 Workout:
4 reps of each (power reps!)
- Pull Up
Try in a superset with the first two, then the next two
You’re meant to eventually do this with heavy weight. Something that you can really only do those 4 reps with each set.
But start light and work your way up.
Try programming it in 2x/week to see your power increase.
And never forget to stretch, roll, warm-up and activate all the movement patterns and muscle groups first!
