Alright, I gave in after watching my friend try these Sugar Suppress pills and bought it on @Amazon
! I have a major sweet tooth and I know it plays a big part in my weight loss/weight gain. I’ve already given up soda (soda free for 3 weeks now, woohoo!)
They’re about $25 (almost half the cost compared to other ones I’ve been seeing floating all over the Internet).
I gotta say, though, that these REALLY work! They only last about an hour, but my sugar cravings are gone after consuming a tablet.
You basically suck on the tablet for 60 seconds. At first it tastes minty, but then it starts tasting bitter and herbally. I did the sugar test and tried to eat a piece of candy right after, and it was awful - tasted thick and no sweetness to it at all.

I remember months ago, always feeling like I was muddling through the day. Crashing and burning around 2pm, even on 8 full hours of sleep! When I used to work in an office, I would drive home in rush hour zoned out wondering how my car found it's way home!
I had no idea a step and only 20 minutes a day would make such a difference with increasing my energy, sharpening my mind, and improving my energy. Yes...20 minutes is all I can spare with a toddler and three teenagers!
But somehow it works! No weights. No clean up! Just a step and a TV!

I wasnt feeling the gyn today but iv been on and off the past week from being ill and all 🤪 But feeling much better and ready to get back to routine 🙅🏻♀️ Once i get through the warm up i get so pumped 💥💥 in other words dont let those lazy thoughts creep into your mind telling you to skip and start tomorrow.... tomorrow will then never come! I focused on my back and shoulders today 💪🏻 ✖️Superset A X3 rounds:
1. Bent over reverse fly X12
2. reverse mountain climbers 20 each side. ✖️Superset B X4 rounds:
1. Bent over back pull with deadlift X12
2. Plank rows X8 each arm
✖️Lat pulldowns X10 each arm. 4 sets. ✖️Superset C X4 rounds.
1. Overhead plate lat raise X12

Women judging women. It happens every day! We live in a world today where there is constant judgement, and we as women tend to judge each other by everything from pant size to the clothes we are wearing to how much the girl can lift in the gym or the muscles she has. You know you can’t deny doing it. We all have—we’re human!
But what if we changed that?
What would our world be like? What would happen if we started building one another up, empowering each other, helping one another feel assured and worthy?
When that moment happens, we will start to look in the mirror and not see the flaws but the confident and beautiful badass women we truly are this goes for men as well. •
I began my health and fitness journey almost 6 years ago and trust me its still one hell of a road and honestly it was more about OTHERS’ thoughts of me than it was about my own. For those past several years, yes I wanted change physically but I invested so much time flipping through social media and comparing myself to others that I wasnt full invest on my journey in doing it for ME. •
I woke up one day and said enough was enough with the BS. I needed to make a change in my life.I’ve learned A LOT over the last years, but what has really stood out to me the most is the judgment never ends!
You will find that People and even those 'friends' who may say they support you may not fully be fully on your side of but be actually weighing you down. •
But trust in this and tune in here ✍.Those people out there who WILL support you, who WILL encourage you to go after those Goals and even those BIGGER GOAL that you’ve always wanted, who WILL not let you give up on yourself those are the Ones You Need arround you. Stop wasting time on the nasayer and doubter hoping they can change, Cuz They WONT !! 💥 Once you have found those ppl who are part of your tribe who will give you words of wisdom and support you thick or thin, I promise you, once you do… YOUR LIFE WILL FOREVER BE CHANGED!
