I was so disappointed in myself . You can see it in the middle of this video . I used to be able to do this with 20lbs. Then I couldn’t work out for two months and now I am back in the gym and can’t use 10lbs on a full set . But I kept going . September 27th my last post when I decided to take a lil break from ig to November 14th. Little over month and half change. Definitely not where i want to be but I got another year in me to make improvements and destroy my physique from 2016. Seeng results motivates me more and more and keeps me more on track. Consistency and patience the key to bodybuilding and building the physique you want.

It's that time of year again! With winter coming I have rotated out my sprint training. I'll be focusing a lot on legs this winter since sprints are rotated out. All my HIIT sessions will be replaced with Ab work. This is the rotation I came up with to break my limit again, really push myself for summer 2019. I will rotate low intensity cardio (power walking) on days I feel like my activity level is low. My golden rule with cardio is, if it's not HIIT training, weight lifting always better. You shouldn't feel the need to walk on a treadmill because you should be active during the day. However....that's not always the case, working an 8 hour desk job in the middle of the winter, there will be low activity levels at times. I have one optional day for resting if I feel the need to recover. Ab sessions 30-45 mins, lifting sessions 2-3 hours. At the time the first picture was taken I was feeling pretty good, I had lost about 30 pounds (which I gained back) and was on a trip with my sister have a great time on the east coast. . When I actually saw the pictures we took later I was mortified. I didn’t feel like I looked as big in person as I did in those pictures and it was shocking to me. . So another baby boy later and I was determined not to get back to this point again.
