Let me talking a little about motivation when it comes your health.
If you're someone who's looking to start your health & fitness journey but you're looking for the motivation to get started, stop there. ✋️ sit back and ask yourself "what is my WHY?". Meaning; what encourages(or for some it's demand) you to be a better you. --
Some examples; health reason, your children, your husband/wife, you want to be happier, self love, more confidence, you need to lose weight or gain, you want more energy, etc etc --
Once you figure that out, it's no longer about motivation, it's about dedication. #findyourwhy
