TOSTONES BURGERS 🍌🍔🍌🍔 . This is WAY too many photos for one dinner but these little beauty's have BLOWN me away! 🌬🌬 . I used @dollyswholelife 's method. So simple, so easy, so bloody delicious! The hardest part was tracking down the plantains! . My little burgers were so easy to assemble (and even easier to eat!) with some seasoned beef patties, lettuce, tomato, pickles and condiments. . I made a double batch and have some in the freezer ready for another time! How Many Meals Should You Eat Daily? I’ll often aim to eat as fewer meals as possible as I find it not only saves me time (cooking and prep) but I also feel better both mentally and physically. However, my meals are never small and always contain a great amount of health fats (oils, avocado, nuts etc). The one thing that fasting has taught me over the years is that my body knows what it wants and simply listening to it is all I need to do. We get SO caught up in what we think we want, what we think is "right" for us, what we feel like we'd be lost without... We have fear, doubt, indecision, unwillingness to see outside our single minded track. And this is soooo painful! It stops us in our tracks. It makes us feel like our world can't go on. But it does! The world does go on AND I can tell you this... there are many prayers I am SOOOO thankful that God did not answer. If you would have told me in a pile of tears on the floor decades ago that I'd thank God for ignoring me, I don't know if I would have been able to hear BUT if that's you right now, PLEASE know this... Everything is working out for YOU. Everything is going to be even better than the future you are trying so hard to concoct. Love! <3

When you start your weight loss journey, you have a lot of questions and worries. Insipid advice (which even I have been guilty of) won’t help you as every person and body is DIFFERENT. Losing weight for Sam is going to be different than it is for Steve. I constantly talk about calorie deficit but what a lot of people ignore is CONSISTENCY. You can’t just keep starving and working out more. Your body will not survive on 500 calories a day. FEED IT RIGHT, FEED IT ENOUGH and AIM FOR MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY EXERCISE 30-45 MINUTES A DAY. Get a tailored diet plan if you can so you can avoid making mistakes. Or research. And read. Nutrition is easy once you get the hang of it. #whole30day5 Breakfast!!Everything is doing all right,had a great 4days in which no binging,if we don't consider binging a couple of apples yesterday night!the only problem is BREAKFAST,I really need your advice here,guys! OK,i DO UNDERSTAND that the point of a #whole30 is to free ourselves from processed food and that recreating the paleo version of our old diet misses the point,but... I hate to eat salty stuff in the mornig.It is just NOT in italian culture!I would never be able to have cold turkey wih avo in the morning!so i ended up creating this #threeingredientwhole30breakfast , enough proteines to keep me ok,rigt amoint of fats and at least some raspberries and a cinnamon apple. Any suggestion for breakfast?????

Here’s a few very random things that you don't know about me😃 ▪ ▪ 🍀 I was a journalist with the ABC for many years and that innate curiosity and desire to research is a big part of me today. It drives me to uncover all I can about health and well-being and share it in a way that makes sense. ▪ ▪ 🍀I’ve kayaked right next to a Humpback whale in Antarctica. It may seem a bit crazy but I was peacefully paddling amongst the ice and up pops this creature. I was so close I could seen the barnacles on its skin. ▪ ▪ 🍀I’ve sipped on warm, orange Tang (it’s like cordial) at the base of Mount Everest as the sleet gently fell around me. This was without doubt the biggest physical challenge I have ever endured. ▪ ▪ 🍀I was an aerobics instructor, prancing around in a leotard. Oh no, that was a long time ago.🤣 ▪ ▪ 🍀I grew up on a cattle property in very steep mountain country in the Macleay Valley, Mid North Coast, NSW and so I have a deep connection with the bush and nature. Kapustičky! 😊 Malé, rozkošné, neskutečně dobré a neuvěřitelně variabilní kapustičky si mě prostě získaly. 🤗 Obzvlášť tyhle "na zádíčkách". Stačí je jen rozkrojit, řeznou stranou opéct na másle, pak otočit na zádíčka, sůl, pepř a pod pokličkou nechat dojít na tom nejmírnějším plameni. Tyhle zelený krásky tak zůstanou křupavý na povrchu a oříškově nasládlý uvnitř. Prostě totalně skvělý a samožrací. 😋😊 A k tomu už jen na co máš chuť, třeba trochu špenátu, salátku a marinovaný panenky. 😊 Rychlý, zdravý a hlavně dobrý jako debil!
