How Many Meals Should You Eat Daily?
I’ll often aim to eat as fewer meals as possible as I find it not only saves me time (cooking and prep) but I also feel better both mentally and physically.
However, my meals are never small and always contain a great amount of health fats (oils, avocado, nuts etc). The one thing that fasting has taught me over the years is that my body knows what it wants and simply listening to it is all I need to do.
My eating preference is;
High in healthy fats 🥥🥑
Medium in protein 🥚🥩
Low in carbohydrates 🥗🥕🥦🥒🍅
And as little as possible in artificial sugar and processed foods 🥞🍕🥪🍟🍔🍩🍫🍪 What’s your eating preference?

I remember as a kid sitting in the backseat of the station wagon heading home from Jersey and hearing this song.
I always loved it.
It always felt really powerful.
I had no idea what it meant but it touched me!
Now of course, as an adult, I am often reminded of just how true those lyrics are.
We get SO caught up in what we think we want, what we think is "right" for us, what we feel like we'd be lost without... We have fear, doubt, indecision, unwillingness to see outside our single minded track.
And this is soooo painful! It stops us in our tracks. It makes us feel like our world can't go on.
But it does! The world does go on AND I can tell you this... there are many prayers I am SOOOO thankful that God did not answer.
If you would have told me in a pile of tears on the floor decades ago that I'd thank God for ignoring me, I don't know if I would have been able to hear BUT if that's you right now, PLEASE know this... Everything is working out for YOU. Everything is going to be even better than the future you are trying so hard to concoct.

Alright, this past week these two have been my life savers 🙌🏼 En-R-Gee is my new favourite oil blend for so many reasons. This oil is a wonderful blend of stimulating oils that help restore mental alertness, and boosts energy!

is to free ourselves from processed food and that recreating the paleo version of our old diet misses the point,but...
I hate to eat salty stuff in the mornig.It is just NOT in italian culture!I would never be able to have cold turkey wih avo in the morning!so i ended up creating this #threeingredientwhole30breakfast

So here’s a glimpse into my world so you know a little about me. I’m a health and well-being coach, recipe creator, mum of 3 and content creator. I ditched my corporate gig after realising it was stripping me of my vitality.
I’m determined to support working women to ensure they don’t sacrifice their health and well-being for their job. I truly believe you can have both and from personal experience I have some truths to share given I didn’t always get it right when juggling work and self-care.
Ok, that’s enough of the serious stuff. Here’s a few very random things that you don't know about me😃
🍀 I was a journalist with the ABC for many years and that innate curiosity and desire to research is a big part of me today. It drives me to uncover all I can about health and well-being and share it in a way that makes sense.
🍀I’ve kayaked right next to a Humpback whale in Antarctica. It may seem a bit crazy but I was peacefully paddling amongst the ice and up pops this creature. I was so close I could seen the barnacles on its skin.
🍀I’ve sipped on warm, orange Tang (it’s like cordial) at the base of Mount Everest as the sleet gently fell around me. This was without doubt the biggest physical challenge I have ever endured.
🍀I was an aerobics instructor, prancing around in a leotard. Oh no, that was a long time ago.🤣
🍀I grew up on a cattle property in very steep mountain country in the Macleay Valley, Mid North Coast, NSW and so I have a deep connection with the bush and nature. I also feel very passionate about knowing where our food comes from, how it's grown and supporting our Aussie farmers.
