“Travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living!” After a morning walk at Pier 39 we left San Francisco 🌁 and drove to Yosemite National Park. Yosemite National Park is best known for its waterfalls, but within its nearly 1,200 square miles, you can find deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient giant sequoias, a vast wilderness area, and much more. Can’t wait to explore that beautiful place on earth in the next few days. ⛰

🌴The Super Trees are SUPER COOL! Gardens by the Bay is part of a strategy by the Singapore government to transform Singapore from a "Garden City" to a "City in a Garden". The stated aim is to raise the quality of life by enhancing greenery and flora in the city.

Sometimes you go to places which are really famous just to see them, same is with people going to shrines, they just want to pray to every god what they want. But have you ever looked into the history of that place and how mighty impactful it is, this is hadimba temple most of the people would have heard about it and some even visited it but do you know the significance of this temple it is for a lady hadimbi who attained a stature of a goddess due to her constant sacrifice and tapasya, it is a story of struggle and lifelong dedication she was used by her brother to lure humans until bheem killed her brother after which she got married to bheem who married her on the condition that after she bore his child he would leave her and then ghatotkach was born who after growing up went to fight for his father and died and no one recognised his and his mothers sacrifice who by the way was now all alone in the world.
What was so good about mahabharat I still fail to understand.
I can feel the pain and suffering she might have gone through raising a child on her own at that time in the middle of a jungle.
I love this valley path in Lauterbrunnen. Last time we were here we rented bikes and it was absolutely beautiful. This time we walked and enjoyed the playground. There are cute self service farm shops along the way, waterfall hikes, a roaring river, and cows of course. There's never enough time here.
Taking a quick look back at a few unedited photos from my 35mm that I just got developed 📷 my moon, my man @muirica
One day you’ll look back and realise that you worried too much about things that don’t really matter ✨❄️
