Os dejo un pedacito de mi trabajo, con este análisis 1️⃣ Posición de salida. Las rodillas pasan la barra, al igual que deberían hacer los hombros pero estos están ligeramente por detras, lo cual no es un fallo pero, tampoco te ayuda con la salida. Por otro lado la cadera y rodillas se mantienen en unos ángulos buenos. 2️⃣1º Tirón El error de los hombros queda corregido y la cadera queda en buen sitio, si llegar a extenderse para el 2º tirón. 3️⃣2º Tirón En este tirón buscamos al máxima velocidad para lanzar la barra y recogerla lo mas fácil posible, vemos que la barra se despega cuando las piernas están totalmente extendidas que es bastante importante. 4️⃣Recepción Los codos giran rápido, se meten esperan que te metas casi a 90º para recoger la barra y amortiguar con la sentadilla para subir sin problemas. 5️⃣ Dip en el jerk Aquí esta el primer fallo importante que nos va a echar por tierra todo el empuje del jerk, al hacer el dip baja recto, pero al empujar la barra se inclina 9º que parece poco pero es suficiente para lanzar la barra en diagonal y no en vertical. Esto hace que nos desplacemos hacia delante (Que en este caso al ser poco peso no hay problema para salvarlo) Este es un punto a tratar ya que muchos entrenadores intentar corregirlo, pero no es un fallo por falta de conocimiento del atleta si no mas bien de movilidad y esto frustra muchos trabajos y atletas que confían en quien no deben. 6️⃣Recepción del jerk Nos fijaremos en las piernas primero, los dos ángulos entran en los márgenes aceptables porque al ser poco peso y llevar el agarre cerrado en el jerk nos obliga a un empuje más fuerte sin dejar tanto espacio a meterte debajo y como consecuencia a no necesitar cerrar tanto estos ángulos.
