Been sitting here after a huge week wondering where time has gone, are the hours worth is, when do I get 5 mins to myself and then you look at photos and realise those years of service have made actual real changes to people day/week/year/life. It was all worth it and still will be for many more years.
So many of our crew have made changes to their weight, health, sleep and reduced medication.
This lady has changed so much and now she defiantly lifts me on all 3 power lifts. So proud every day as I am of all our members. Their stories are different and I hope to share more over he next month so hopefully encourage more people to ask for help. @galloway_hannah

Igår var det 4:e dagen av Luciaformen ✨
Frukost och lunch: samma som tidigare
Mellis: kvarg med nötter och keso med avokado
Middag: kyckling i en svampsås på kantareller, lök och 1/2 andel keso från kvällsmålet. Som jag rörde ihop med kikärtspasta och haricot vets. Alltså, det är verkligen mitt bästa tips koka pastan tillsammans med haricot vets (jag tog 1/2 min grönsaksandel) 👌🏼 det fyller ut så bra och sen åt jag romansallad och gurka vilket är några av de grönsaker som har fri mängd 🤗
Kvällsmål: kaseinfluff med frysta hallon. Nu har jag testat att göra fluffet på två olika sätt och det bästa och enklaste är helt klart att först mixa din andel frysta bär med din andel kasein och ca 1-0,5dl vatten. Efter det vispar du 🤩 jag hällde även på 2st skvättar med vatten vilket ökar fluffets volym ännu mer 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Igår så rev jag å Robin även av pass nr 3 vilket var ett rygg och biceps pass med HIIT på slutet. Vi både känner oss heeelt döda idag 😅 på söndag har jag ett pt-pass inbokat så jag kommer troligtvis att skippa axelpasset till förmån för pt-passet! Under det passet har jag tänkt be om hjälp med tekniken i basövningar, typ squats, olika ryggövningar och sen får vi se om han kommer med några andra bra grejer jag kan träna på 💪🏼
Skönt med fredag idag 😍 jag å mamma ska på musikal och jag har givetvis preppat en middagslåda som jag ska äta hos dom innan vi beger oss mot Intiman där musikalen visas ✨

Not great but at least it’s a loss and I’ve hit my target of losing 8lbs in September!! Hopefully I can get a couple more off for next week
My biggest goal will always be to show people that you don’t have to accept what you have now.
Coming from a life filled with low self worth, depression, anxiety, and constant downplaying of anything good I’ve ever accomplished, I found a way out of thinking that THIS was all my life was going to be.
For anyone that knew me 5 years ago, you’d know how much I’ve changed and I don’t just mean physically.
Building my body meant building my mind FIRST and through that it helped me keep pushing through the pain and sacrifice and start realizing that what I’m doing is for ME and no one else.
After being at my heaviest at 234lbs and losing 70lbs NATURALLY, I wanted to show people that it is entirely possible to not just dream big, but to actually do even BIGGER.
✨This is who I am✨
A fighter who broke past bullying, negative self talk, shame, guilt, a stagnant mindset, and a life determined for diabetes, and I’m damn proud of it.
NOW? I get to help other resilient, badass people beat their excuses and find what makes them STRONG, CONFIDENT, and PROUD of who they are 💪🏼

For the past few days I have been feeling somewhat frustrated and when I got on the scale this morning and saw that my weight had gone up by a few grams, it confirmed what I had been feeling these past few days. Now I know what you all gonna say and I know... I am lifting so it was bound to happen plus I had to bump up in my calorie bracket so yes, its to be expected. I guess when you have a number in your head that you have been so desperately trying to reach, its a bit disappointing when you move 1 space backwards. .
But at the end of the day its when you look at yourself and you see how far you’ve come that lifts you up again. I have come so far guys and I feel so fantastic. How can I let this put me down. It goes to show that this JOURNEY right here is hard and there are moments where you are going to doubt yourself and what you are doing but you shouldn’t. So I stood in front of the mirror and told myself that there is a reason and I should just trust the process♥️ Happy Friday peeps. Hope its a fantastic one for you all...
