Barbell Rows work your biceps because you’re holding the bar and pulling it toward you. Your arms bend like they would on a biceps curl, but the weight is a lot heavier because you’re engaging more muscles. 💪Triceps. Bench Press and Overhead Press work your triceps hard. You’re pressing the weight away on every rep. Your arms straighten like they would on a skullcrusher, but the weight is heavier because more muscles are involved. 💪 Forearms. 🦄Second, progress comes from consistency NOT rigidity. Often times we'll eat one "bad" thing and immediately go into self loathing mode. We'll think we failed and ruined all of our progress and have to start all over again. But, obviously, that's not true. In the same way no one has ever gotten skinny from eating a salad, no one ever got fat from eating a doughnut (or cake or pizza or oreos or whatever).

And this is also a reason to not solely rely on motivation as it’s not always there. 😘 How do you know if your am or pm? 💁🏻‍♀️ •Trial training in the AM & PM and see what works best for you. DOUGHNUTS. Probably the love of my life at the moment. And no, I do not eat doughnuts and cakes everyday 🙄. It’s all about balance, that word we seem to see everywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️. I don’t believe in diets, I find they’re often too restrictive and obviously, not sustainable. And believe me, I have tried everything (a bowl of fruits or special K for lunch and then a huge bowl of pasta with cheese for dinner 🙄. At some point, I even used to have a cuppa soup for dinner. And nothing else🤦🏻‍♀️). Now, my diet is far from being perfect, but my relationship food is a a lot better. I eat healthy, I nourish my body with nutritious food, I train hard and If I want the occasional doughnut, I’ll have the occasional doughnut.🤷🏻‍♀️. Going back to doughnuts, this is the vegan « Pump up the jam » from Douughnut Time.😍

Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy having a break from training but every time I do I feel like I go back to ◼️ one 😭 it’s taken me all year to put on weight in areas I’ve always felt self conscious about and after my holidays it’s fallen straight off. I feel weak in the gym and have completely lost my appetite so I’m losing even more than I should. I’m finding it hard to get the balance right with socialising/work/training and having a little wobble this morning. I KNOW I should be more than happy with my shape but to anyone bothering to read such a long caption, everyone has their moments and always be kind because the people that look the most confident most likely struggle themselves 😘😘

Good morning, Sunday👋🏼 400kcal BBQ Chicken Pizza 🍕 Macros / ‘How to’ Below👇🏼 . Starting off Sunday morning with a pizza from last night! These are an absolute cutting staple for me but I've been slacking on them this time round. They're just mad easy to make, mad tasty and the macros are sick for what they are! Simple guide to planning your training week by @veganfitnessinfo 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️ 🏋️‍♂️Aim for 3-5 strength sessions in the gym, at home, in a park etc of at least 45 mins 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️2-3 cardio session of at least 20 mins, this might be a HIIT session, running, intervals, sprinting, swimming etc you can do these after your strength session or on their own ⛰1-2 longer duration outdoor activities, this might be something simple like an hour walk, a hike, a cycle, just get outdoors and move when possible! A sample week might look like; Monday: upper body gym Tuesday: sprints on field Wednesday: lower body gym Thursday: swimming intervals Friday: full body gym Saturday: 2 hour hike Sunday: rest That's a great week of training, just adapt to your own life.
Cinnamon Roll Protein Balls From @goodandguiltyvegan 1 ½ cups almonds. 2 scoops Nuzest vanilla protein. 1 Tbs cinnamon. 1 cup pitted dates – soaked in warm water for 30 minutes. 2 Tbs maple syrup. 2 Tbs water. In a food processor, grind almonds until you get a coarse flour consistency. You’ll want some crunch in the almonds, so don’t go all the way to flour! Place almond grounds in a large bowl and add the protein powder and cinnamon. Mix well to combine. In the same food processor, add your soaked dates, maple syrup and water. Process until smooth. Add date mixture to almond mixture and stir well to combine. Divide batter into 12 balls. Like I said before, for cardio I like to lift weights fast 😂 . . . During my 7 week cut for summer I did resistance training and steady state cardio and avoided Olympic lifting. Now it’s the winter bulking phase😂 I’m on a mission to bring back the lifts and the strength 💪🏼 . .
