now at 11wks (3 weeks post transformation program). I want to share with you what’s happened in between.
After her 8 wks was over, I left town for 5 days and so she took a little break and didn’t workout but she did go to spin a few times. She had some pizza that she was craving, she went on 2 lunch dates and when I got back she was 3lbs up. Pfft #whocares
I changed her meal plan just for variety and we got back on program. Two weeks has past now and she was 100% on program except a dinner at Red Lobster #cuzthisislife
Today marks 11 weeks total and she is down 26lbs!! (4lbs since end of transformation)!! THIS IS HOW IT WORKS!!! You gotta workout - you gotta strength train, you gotta follow your meal plan. Doesn’t mean you can’t have pizza ever. Doesn’t mean you can’t have a meal out with friends. It’s a lifestyle and you just have to get started!!
