☕️First, there is no such thing as a "good" food or "bad" food. "Right" food or "wrong" food. "Healthy" or "unhealthy." There is only food. And, yes, you can sometimes eat too much (or even too little). But there isn't a single food on this whole earth that is inherently good or bad. Hell, water is arguably the healthiest thing of all the things and even too much (or too little) of that will kill you.

🦄Second, progress comes from consistency NOT rigidity. Often times we'll eat one "bad" thing and immediately go into self loathing mode. We'll think we failed and ruined all of our progress and have to start all over again. But, obviously, that's not true. In the same way no one has ever gotten skinny from eating a salad, no one ever got fat from eating a doughnut (or cake or pizza or oreos or whatever).

I watched a segment on the news last night about fitness posts having a negative effect on some people’s self esteem and I can see how that can happen, especially when comparing. - On the flip side, for other people they can be a motivating force. When I first started my account, the transformation hashtag was something I stalked daily. I loved seeing people become the best version of themselves and wanted to find out what that looked like for me and how it felt. - The two pics above show me at my unhealthiest point vs now. Both these pics have corresponding lifestyles of which my body and state of mind is a product. - I’ve purposely left out my age, height, weight and time difference because we are all so different and making comparisons isn’t as beneficial as the point I’m trying to make, which is that taking steps to become healthier, fitter and stronger is worth doing no matter how long it takes or which path you decide on to get there. - The big picture here is that I’ve worked hard to make progress. It really isn’t about how quick I got results, it’s about getting results I’ve not only been able to maintain but also improve on. 🤗 - Hard work really works but you NEED to find a method you enjoy so that it really doesn’t feel like work. If you want long term results, enjoying the process is key! 🙌🏼

💥NO Excuses!! Stop making excuses for yourself and stop letting others make excuses for you! If you have goals and you want to reach them then DO it! It doesn’t matter if your goals are fitness, education, family etc. you can reach your goals if you set your mind to it and DON’T give up. 🌟When you quit, the only person you’re quitting on is yourself. 💥If one of your excuses for not working out is because you’re “too busy” that’s definitely just an EXCUSE... you can drop and do simple push ups, sit ups etc. at work or on a lunch break....Those are things you can do anywhere, anytime. With the programs I do, my workouts are only 30 mins long!
