I had a huge brekkie this morning and also had it quite late so I decided to skip lunch and just have a few snacks instead to see me through. I'd never normally skip a meal as I'm always worried about getting hungry and end up bingeing but I held it together and got another day on plan under my belt 🙌 ***

Dinner- Aldi meatballs 1 syn in speedy sauce with spaghetti

Ending the day on 13.5 syns . *** 11,500 steps
