ME I HOPE! (+5.5lb)
Although I've never left Slimming World, it's fair to say my mind is wandering away at the minute.
The for and against list did help clarify some things in my mind. But I left it too late in the week.
So what's done is done. Let's think about this week. And so here's the plan.... Coffee shops-recently it's been cappuccino and cake ( or some other goodies). Back to Americanos.
Eating because I'm hungry. Not cos I'm bored. Or I can (free food). Eat to satisfy your appetite. It says so in the book.
Work-cut out the biscuits and goodies. I don't need them. And coffee machine coffees too.
Hi Fi Bars-they are my ultimate trigger food. So theyve got to go.
So that's a good start. No doubt I'll think of some other things to change too.
I'm not immune to things going wrong as you see. But I have the faith in me and know it's only me who can change things around.
So let's get on it. I've committed to a food diary too. So that will help. It normally does.
