HOW TO OVERCOME SUGAR CRAVINGS?? . Eat fruit!! . For so long I have kept my distance from fruit....well eating too much fruit. Or I would only eat berries because they were low in sugar. I actually believed there was no point to eat bananas because they were too high sugar. . Instead, because of dealing with chronic digestive issues for over 15 years now, I chose to stick to a more Paleo lifestyle and doing my best to follow a pretty gluten free diet while also keeping my sugar low. . Did it help? It did with some of my symptoms because I was cutting out a lot of processed foods. But today, I am now dealing with autoimmune...#hashimotos . I am now re-educating myself on the power that fruits have to heal. They grow in abundance for a reason. Their sugars will not harm us. But yes, eating processed sugars and junk food will. It is absolutely different. Our bodies need these precious minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and purified living water from fruits. . My body feels so good eating a meal like this. It seems to cool it down and bring it back in balance. Plus fruit tastes so good and I don't crave the junk I once did. Tell me, what's your favorite???

There is no magic pill or magic drink. If there was, then everyone would be skinny. Everyone finds what works for them. When I first started Herbalife, I was only buying not coaching. I thought to myself, I already drink protein drinks, these have better nutrition, why not just swap them out. So I did. First I noticed that they taste way better lol.
