Nós não somos todos iguais, possuímos metabolismos e biotipos diferentes. Não podemos achar que o outro tem o físico melhor ou não, pois cada um tem seu. A partir do momento que eu, Mariana, entendi que meu corpo possui X biotipo, passei a cuidar melhor da minha saúde alimentar. Antes eu queria ser "monstrona", mas eu sou uma Ectomorfo magricela e alta. Não significa que não consigo ganhar massa muscular, mas que meu perfil tem mais dificuldades de ganhar massa do que o biotipo que eu queria "imitar". Então lembrem-se de que é importante visitar um profissional da nutrição, por ter em mente que seus corpos são únicos e que precisam de uma dieta exclusiva para seu biotipo. Nada de tentar seguir dietas alheias pois assim vocês se distanciam dos resultados que desejam. ➡➡There is no single best way to plan out your meals and snacks for the day. . ➡Some people maintain consistency better by have a few meals and a couple of snacks. . ➡Others might do better having 3 meals each day and no snacks . ➡While some feel more satiated by having fewer meals that are larger in size. . ⚠It doesn’t matter so long as… . ✅ you’re getting in majority whole foods ✅ you don’t feel deprived ✅ you can consistently maintain a calorie deficit over time (if your goal is weight/fat loss) . ➡In my case I tried intermittent fasting once and I just can’t go that long without eating. My mood suffers and I tend to overeat at the end of the day. ➡I also don’t get much satiation from small snacks. When I eat I want the hunger gone. I also like just having meals because it means every time I eat I can take the same approach. . ✔I like to have patients track their hunger and how they feel around meal times for a few days to a week. If they aren’t very hungry in the mornings then it makes more sense to push that first meal a little later. . ⚠Energy balance works over weeks and months - not meal to meal or on a 24 hour clock. . 🔼BOTTOM LINE🔼: Make your eating style your own.
