Everything tastes better grilled. Agree or disagree? 😛 I love to take untraditional foods and kiss them with a bit of heat and smoke (avocado & watermelon!) but I also happen to like those foods in their un-grilled state as well 🙃 not better, just different!

Not only are they goddamn delicious 🤤 but they are the primary source of fuel for the brain, making them crucial to include in a healthy diet 😊
Whole grain carbs are also FULL of fibre which means a happy, healthy gut💩

Algumas colegas viram que meu peso é o mesmo delas, e foram tentar comparar a medida da minha cintura com as das delas. Isso é um erro. Nós não somos todos iguais, possuímos metabolismos e biotipos diferentes. Não podemos achar que o outro tem o físico melhor ou não, pois cada um tem seu.
A partir do momento que eu, Mariana, entendi que meu corpo possui X biotipo, passei a cuidar melhor da minha saúde alimentar. Antes eu queria ser "monstrona", mas eu sou uma Ectomorfo magricela e alta. Não significa que não consigo ganhar massa muscular, mas que meu perfil tem mais dificuldades de ganhar massa do que o biotipo que eu queria "imitar".
Então lembrem-se de que é importante visitar um profissional da nutrição, por ter em mente que seus corpos são únicos e que precisam de uma dieta exclusiva para seu biotipo.

Trying to get rid of disposable plastic while shopping has become a very tricky mission 😢
I can't avoid 100% of plastic packaging but I decided to stop buying dips and making them myself 😊
