....and no I'm not talking about the kind that involves recycling rubbish! -
It's taken me years to grow stronger legs and a 🍑! -
When I say sustainability 🌲 I actually mean you need to have a diet 🍏 and routine 🏋 that you can realistically follow at most times in your life! Of course that will change over time ⏰ and sometimes we go off track 🚈🚇 But I have always commited to balance ☯ and sustainability ⏳ in my routine. And even with breaks here and there, my progress and hard work 💪 still show + I can get back on track fairly quickly and continue progressing! -
That's also another why reason I love 💕 muscle: -
(a ) It shows true commitement as it takes years to develop!!
(b) More muscle = more FOOD 😄 -
I know of girls who get depressed about their body image and say they want to give up carbs because they're not worth it! This is the most BIZARRE statement to me 😲 because 1. I wouldn't be where I am without carbs. Carbs are essential to build muscle 💪and 2. We can't give them up. Our brain needs at least 130g of carbs a day to function properly! -
🚫THAT IS WHY I HAVE NEVER COMMITTED TO LOW CARB DIETS! 🚫 -
Carbs are your friend. Just learn to eat the right kind 😉 -
As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will still lose weight 👍
So remember, to grow a 🍑 you need carbs! And it's best to eat in a calorie surplus (aka BULK) in winter so it grows! If you're trying to lose weight you will not be able to grow that 🍑 at the same time! - -
