I have never really been someone to wear jumpers or tight fitting tops as I prefer to wear something looser to hide all the lumps and bumps 🙄😂

I bought a jumper and a top that was in a sale. I decided to try them on tonight and for once I didn't go "Eugh, I can't wear that!!!" Instead I thought, "They're okay, still need to tone up a lot more but I could wear these!"

Sometimes it's not just the transformation on the scales and measurements that happens. The mindset transformation can be the biggest progress of all!
