Somewhere along the lines I injured my right shoulder. Can't recall where or when, but as I'm getting older it's starting to become much more tender at certain flexion. I finally found a sword spinning exercise that should be able to strengthen the surrounding muscles.
This is half of a figure 8 spin. Once I rebuild my right shoulder I will be able to post a video of the back spin.
