Chicken curry Sunday ๐Ÿ— My way to fight back against the nasty ๐Ÿคง๐Ÿค’ Ingredients: 1kg Chicken on the bone (boneless for the wussies) 50gm dry coconut grated 2 medium red onions 1 large juicy ๐Ÿ… 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 Whole dry red Kashmiri ๐ŸŒถ 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp ๐ŸŒถ powder (or how much ever you can handle) 2 tbsp cumin-coriander powder Coriander leaves to your hearts content 1tsp garam masala Salt to taste Recipe: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the chicken pieceโžก๏ธ Fry until golden brownโžก๏ธ Whiz onions, coconut,tomato,corriander seed, cumin seed, ginger garlic paste, whole dry chillies to a smooth pasteโžก๏ธ add the mix to the chicken and cook for 10 mins on medium flame, stirring in betweenโžก๏ธ Add the spices (cumin-coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric) and saltโžก๏ธ cook on slow flam until the oil separates from the mix (approx 15 mins)โžก๏ธ Add 500ml of warm water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minsโžก๏ธ Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
