REST DAYS😴 - Definitely not the funnest😒, but NECESSARY. I don’t workout 24/7, more like 4-6 days a week just depending on work, school and how my body is feeling. - Ever since increasing calories I have been wanting to workout every damn day of the week. Who knew more food made ya feel 100000x more energetic🤷‍♀️😂*sarcasm* But yanno running my body into the ground right away isn’t going to do me good.
