I can’t wait to see my beautiful friend in this adorable Santa shirt! She’s become someone I trust more than myself with an eye for color and design! The Lord gives talent to us all individually and this season instead of wishing I had more of what I don’t, I’m going to praise God for what I do have and the friends He has blessed me with to help me along the way! He is faithful!
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
Our one and only goal in life is to trust Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior; but the challenges and hardships this world brings make us question, doubt, and even reject the existence of God for what is happening to us sometimes.
That is why God calls us to be an iron to sharpen another iron for our brothers and sisters who are discouraged and bring them back to our Lord. For God would allow not one sheep to get lost.

’s “The Hard Hat” to a young middle school dude sitting in our lobby who was talking about how bad he wants to play lax at Cornell.
Made me go back and re-read my notes from the book.
This quote was written at the bottom of each note card. Simply put, the best mode of leadership is through action
Pictured above is George Boiardi. George lived by the motto: "Well done is better than well said." - Ben Franklin
As a senior and captain, George tragically died on the field blocking a shot in the chest in 2004. There's no better story depicting unselfish leadership, loyalty, compassion, and teamwork than the life of George Boiardi. I strongly encourage all of my athletes to check out Jon Gordon's "The Hard Hat" to learn more about George's life, the lasting impact he had on everyone around him, and how we can all be better teammates, leaders, and role models

Moving has me a little bit off my routine while we’re in between houses. 📦 🚚 That’s why I’m so incredibly grateful for the ladies I’m coaching right now. They’re on fire and building daily fit habits in December that will carry them through 2019! It’s already carrying me through right NOW. I thanked them and shared this verse that is really playing out in real life for me: “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17 ⚔️
The holidays are here! Where will you guys be going to?🎄😎 #wildstatesg

💕THAT FACE 💕
That’s my, “I don’t wanna brag but I did something amazing!” face!!
I’m down 16 pounds. I kept putting on weight last year and finally made it stop at 230...
And I’m down to 214. Which I know a number is a number...
But here’s the thing... that extra weight was holding me back from so much. I used to be able to go out and run ten miles.. TEN... and I would come home feeling amazing.
Or I would ride my bike for 50 miles and be fine!! Great even... but when you put on 45 pounds in 9 ish months.... your body isn’t really ready for that. Sooo I got my emotional healing.. still working on it... and I decided I wanted a body to match!! 2018 has been a year of sowing... let’s hope 2019 is the year to reap!! .
What are some things you want to accomplish in 2019?!
God creates the best friendships!
