I should’ve gone out last night but I ate a big roast pork dinner so decided to defer until this morning. It was raining heavily but it was just drizzle by the time I actually got my trainers on. Decided to see how fast I could do it and got a new record on my Garmin. I do know I’ve run faster previously but I had to reset my record a while ago when my watch glitched at the Winter Run and said I’d run a mile in just over 2 minutes. Even Kipchoge or Bolt can’t do that. It’s definitely a 2017/18 record for me though.
