It may be 8:30pm the night before I move apartments, but I’m still over here grinding in my apartment gym. I’m nowhere near ready for bed yet- I have an online math test to complete and some Physics homework to knock out before my midterm on Monday!
Why? Most people would say it’s perfectly fine to skip a workout with as much as I have going on. However, when I decided to become a bikini competitor, I made the commitment to myself and my trainer to lift and complete all my cardio. Granted, a decent amount of my cardio today was from packing and moving stuff around (lifting 4 wall-mounted TVs burns a looooot more calories than you’d think), but I still spent some good time on the treadmill anyway.

Yeyyyy finally managed a full pull up, yes I realise this is really messy but I DID IT 😃
Now to work on neatening it up and getting two in a row before Christmas 🙌🏼

Happy Friday, Fitfam! Two PRs today......completed the hardest leg workout of. my. life.😨 and hit an all time nonpregnancy high on the scale🤪 I’ve continued to keep my workouts consistent, stepped up my game a bit for a some change and have not been very consistent with my diet. All make me happy so it’s all good. Those dang fun-sized candy bars that are in the stores this time of year, are a little too fun though🍫🍫🍫😜 Today’s leg workout, is a must try. It’s totally crazy and that name of the game was 100’s.😱 Six exercises for a total of 100 reps. We did 5 sets of 20 reps of each. I would have never done this without a friend to push me. I had my eye on the trash can many times 🤢 Great way to start the weekend but I may not be walking tomorrow. Workout below 👇🏼
1. 10 min incline walk with good stretch session for warmup
2. Smith machine squats alternating with Bulgarian split squats holding weights
3. Laying leg press on smith machine alternating with reverse hack squats
3. Banded side steps (15 steps down and 15 back) alternating with lying leg curls
All 6 of these at 5 sets of 20. Workout took about 1.5 hours. Completely and Utterly Dead 💀 but feeling accomplished 💪🏼💥
Second Training Session of the day and it was with another awesome Lady Eagle who is a senior Combo Guard Donnasia Gray-patton 🏀 Today she went very hard and pushed herself passed her usually limits and really showed her work ethic and how bad she wanted it 🔥 We worked on ball handling with one and two balls, conditioning, right and left hand finishes, form shooting, free throws (focused on making them while she was tired), pull jump jumpers, posting up at mid post and facing up then creating space for a nice pull up, & coming out of the corner and attacking the rim or pulling up for a jumper 💪🏿 In this clip, she is working on staying low in a stance while dribbling and keeping her eyes up switching the ball from right to left on my command!!
