HOW GO GET ABS!!‼️ I’m sure you have heard/read that typical quote about abs: “Abs are made in the kitchen” right? I gotta admit I don’t agree 100% with it😅 Yes you need to reduce your BF% to reveal them. However, I do think abs are made at the gym, that’s where you build them, just like any other muscle (of course with the proper nutrition, training and eating right go hand in hand). So instead of doing 2000 crunches a day just to come back home and eat an entire pizza by yourself or starving to death and not dropping a sweat, keep in mind the following tips: ➖ 1️⃣ In order to see your abs, you must first reduce the layer of fat that is covering them. This way you’ll be able to reveal them. How do you do that? Eat on a caloric deficit until you reach a BF % that allows you to see them.🍏 2️⃣ You can't see what you don't have, meaning that in order to be able to see them after you cut, you must first develop them during your bulking season, you need to grow your abs just like you would do with any other muscle💪🏻 3️⃣ Drink enough water. If you have been losing fat for some time and you don't see results, you are probably retaining a lot of water. A lot of people underestimate the power of water when it comes to: 1 health and 2 weight loss. Make sure you’re not one of them and drink enough water so your body doesn't need to store it and starts eliminating it💧 4️⃣Be patient. Results don't happen overnight. So be aware that the best and long-lasting results need time. Have patience, enjoy the process and keep going 🙏🏻 ➖ Getting abs it’s simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy though. 1 day out from my 2nd and last competition of this year. I never thought I would ever step on a stage. I didn’t think I was capable of half of the things I’ve done in the last 4.5 months. I’ve learnt so much about myself and my body and have proven that discipline earns results. It wasn’t by any means a perfect prep but I managed to go from 202lbs to my lowest at 173.6lbs. I couldn’t have done it without all of my family and friends keeping me motivated every day. The support is unreal. @jakebrailey_ Took me under his wing and changed everything. From the very start to the latter stages of prep he has been there checking in even with his hectic schedule and being out of the country ✈️. Today was a 20min circuit training with hubby. ****3 mins timer**** 3-4 clings with squat and shoulder press (45lbs barbell) 10 split lunges 10 push ups 5 🤚 Rounds Tough but we made it. I started to die on round 3 😩😩 As you can see, hubby is still recovering post surgery with range of motion. But we are getting better everyday. Here is a snippet of what we did. Raw and uncut!
