Just a little life update! Sooo I’m just settling in back at school. I was on vacation for about 10 days and only worked out 3 times, which I was totally fine with. I ate a bunch of junk and had a few drinks, maybe more 😉 but I say that to say it’s all about balance. We all need a break sometimes away from structure and routine to splurge but it’s important to get right back to it afterwards. So, now that I’ve gotten my 1st 2 days of classes done, I’m writing up my gym schedule for the semester. 🗣 Failure to plan is planning to fail... I’m writing up my schedule for the gym as if it’s another other mandatory class. Hold yourself accountable and I promise you’ll start seeing results. Summer is coming to an end and as they say, summer bodies are made in the winter so let’s get it pawwpinnn 😎

Glute & hami superset 🙌🏽🍑
These are exercises that are gonna take practice & concentration. You can’t just go through the movements without thinking about what ur doing & still really get the full effect (as goes with any exercise really).
For the cable pull throughs im concentrating on using my glutes to pull myself up & avoid using my lower back. I also feel it more when my feet are more in a sumo stance.
For the crossover RDL you want the weight in the same hand as the foot that is in back, which is the hami/glute ur focusing on the most. This exercise will feel awkward at first, but to slow & really just think about the contractions!

After my working sets on deads, I wanted to try something that I had seen a few others do. Compare Sumo to Convi.
