Recentemente mi vedevo piu' appannato ed ho cercato di analizzare le cause.
In genere il mio stile alimentare è controllato (ma non eccessivamente) ma ho scoperto che usavo un alimento, il pane bianco, che io pensavo fosse sano, invece no.
Sono 7 settimane che l'ho eliminato a favore del pane di segale o integrale ed il mio addome è rientrato nella norma. Certe volte alcune cose che pensiamo sane, non lo sono. Semplice.

It is 7 weeks that I eliminated it in favor of rye or wholemeal bread and my abdomen has returned to normal. Sometimes some things we think healthy are not. Simple.

So I’m not anywhere close to it right now, but I’ve never cut in my entire life. I’ve only bulked. Well I’m on the mission to cut right now. I’m giving myself 6 weeks to at least have more of a 6 pack than this. Wish me luck, because I really LOVE tacos.

I’ve been wearing my ring for workouts that wouldn’t ding it up (aka workouts without weights). Whenever I had to take it off I’d place it on my laptop 💻 and be totally self conscious of not forgetting or kicking it or whatever! 😂 So I’m excited to have a cute accessory to wear now!

I truly do have fun with fitness. This is NOT a flex. I’ve been a productive little bitch since the beginning. And I absolutely love growth! Personal growth. Mental growth. Physical growth, you name it. I find comfort in the ones that push themselves daily. That don’t play victim. That have goals. That are making a life for themselves! So here’s to us! To pushing! To persevering! To living! First pictures are today 122 pounds and the last pictures in the red are back in May 110 pounds. Not much of a difference but my legs are finally getting their muscle and I’m putting on some belly meat. But I like it. 💕💪🏽
