When I first started I didn’t think it was possible for me to do this. I was so skeptic about the bluebox, but I think I was more scared to commit. I never thought I had the willpower in me to accomplish to loose 100 pounds 💪🏼 I followed this system to a T, definitely had bad days , but I always had the day after to get back on track . I love who I’ve become, strong , positive , energetic etc . I have no pains nowhere NO MORE, from being overweight, I’m so HAPPY!! ❤️ Am I done ?? No lol I’ll never be done taking care of myself, the minute we stop what we’re doing , shit will get real in no time! Resolutions seem to be holding strong for MQs as we’re still at over 50 MQ parkrunners every Saturday!
One new crowning this week - Juliana Van Staffy did the unpronounceable Hafan Pwllheli parkrun in west Wales :) Congratulations to Aimee Crossfield on her second ever parkrun (welcome back lovey, we see you!), and Rachel Harris on her third. Zoe Oldroyd reached 20, Katy Aggus 60, Claire Lytton 70 and Tara Holland 90; while the amazing Ann Elrick did her… *drumroll*… 200th parkrun! Fantastic Ann, I hope there was cake :) Well done as well to this week’s PB-breakers: Rachel Harris, Tas Felstead, Sarah Cowley, Nic Nak, Harriet Green, Katie Cubbage, Hannah Hook and Gabriella Waller.

To be honest, I didn't always love my legs, but then, I've learned to appreciate and celebrate myself, just as I am. I realized that my legs are strong and they carry me every single day. Our bodies are amazing and something to be grateful for. I'm ME and that's really enough! .
