Basically (for me) if there’s not a tortilla or other carb involved I’m not eating eggs anymore 🤣 ⁣ ⁣ Recipe for 4:⁣ 🔻6 low carb mission tortilla⁣ 🔻3 eggs⁣ 🔻3 egg whites⁣ 🔻6oz Black Forest ham⁣ 🔻3 laughing cow light Swiss wedges ⁣ 🔻Handful of spinach (optional) ⁣ 🔻1 lb strawberries⁣ ⁣ I scrambled the eggs first, spread the Swiss on a tortilla, added ham and eggs on a tortilla topped it with another tortilla pan fried the dilla until desired crispiness. Sliced each dilla into 4 making “one serving” 3 pieces. Paired with 4 oz strawberries (included in macros) .

My answer to that is yes, because a shake can be an easy & convenient way to get in more protein and have a healthy snack. . Now, you don’t have to get a protein powder if you don’t want to. You could also use Greek yogurt like I did in the 3rd shake example. However, I love a good chocolate protein powder because it satisfies my sweet tooth while still being a healthy option! . My current favorite protein powders are @atp_labs whey protein and @vega_team performance protein - both healthy and clean options. So what does a healthy meal really look like? This is a confusing question when you first start to meal prep. It's confusing to know how much of what to put in each meal. • I have a simple blueprint with an example in this picture. You can literally use this outline anywhere, even when you go to restaurants so you can eat healthy. • The very first thing is choose your protein. In this case, it's chicken. Use it to fill up at least a third to a half of your meal. You can use read meat or fish if you like as well. • The second thing is carbs and fats. You can combine carbs and fats as you like. It doesn't matter. The amount of carbs you will eat is depending on your goal. So if you want to build muscle, eat a little more calories from carbs. Fat isn't a good option. • White rice is the safest option as far as digestion goes. I can eat 5 cups and still get no bloating. Foods like potatoes and oats are good. You can eat a cup, but if you can't eat 5 cups without it stressing your digestive system. • Last thing is veggies. They are another good way to add volume to your food if you are trying to limit calories. Add some on top of your carbs and protein. Some of the fats will fall into place because of how you would cook your meat and the seasoning. Also any kind of meat will contain fats too. • So there you have it! 💪 • Oh, why the strawberry tart you ask?
