When I started Powerlifting, it was not only to help get myself out of a rut of bad eating and training habits and to get myself into a better mindset, it was to prove a point that you don't have to be 'big and bulky' to be strong.
I started 'Pretty Strong' to encourage exactly that. To show and encourage girls that it's fun and rewarding to feel physically and mentally strong, and that hell, you can look good doing it too.
I am so proud of what my teams have achieved; with a few wins and a few New Zealand records up our sleeve we couldn't be happier! I've mostly loved watching them grow mentally too ❤️

Working on getting my way back to where I want to be! Working on a lot of things this month:
This month- my goals are to break my record in sales, recommit myself to personal growth/development, get to bed earlier, get into the office earlier and to become a better man.
People would probably call me crazy or weird for writing my goals down and reading them/carrying them with me every day...
In doing so though, I’ve multiplied my income by almost 10 times in the past 3 years.
Money isn’t everything or anything for that matter- to me it’s just a tool that provides freedom for me, and freedom for others.
& I still ain’t SH!T

Practicing posing with my back. Posing is a real hard thing to do, especially over an extended amount of time, and hitting your pose perfectly. I just learned how to do my back pose, now I have to fine tune it and learn how to do it again and again and again. 81 days out from our very first show!
