I believe in weekends that consist of kick ass workouts, kick ass food, and kick ass company. Fortunately I’m already off to a good start with all those things. 🙌🏼
Being fit and healthy has to have a balance. Eat your veggies and push yourself in the gym, but for overall quality of life and adherence to your goals, relaxing with your friends without stressing over whether or not you can have some damn fries or a cookie is pretty important too.

After having 3 kids and eating whatever the heck I wanted to eat for 37 years, I knew something needed to change..I wanted to be healthier! Cardio is sooo not my favorite-o.
Today I was halfway through and I could’ve stopped. I could’ve skipped the burnout like I want d to, but I didn’t. I kept at it because I’ve learned what I’m capable of. I wouldn’t have done that 2 months ago, and that’s my favorite part about progress and this journey. So when you want to give up, remember how strong you are. Or remember those girls who know how strong you are and are waiting to cheer on what you just accomplished!
