Ashtanga Yoga is a systematized practice of prescribed yoga postures to channel the energy through the body locks (bandhas) and focusing at a particular point (drishti) in asanas (postures). The three elements of Ashtanga Yoga (Ujjayi breath, bandhas, and drishti) make this yoga form a cleansing and moving meditation practice.

*All of our classes are multilevel and suited for all kinds of practitioners regardless of their physical conditions or age. *All of our instructors are fluent in English and Spanish to assist you better. *Please bring your yoga mat, blocks, water & towels. *Please arrive 20 min before the class begins to sign up. *No student will be submitted without signing in. *It is the students responsibility to let know the teacher if they have any injuries or physical impediment *Our classes are subject to cancelation due to weather permit. *We are only registering people at the door. *We do not offer yoga packages, because we are not a yoga studio and classes might get canceled due to weather conditions. *All yoga classes and healing services under Caro Balan Yoga, LLC have a flat rate of $25 per person paid at the door preferably with credit card. *All yoga Asana(posture) classes last 1hr 15 min.
