I struggle so much with trying to strengthen my core and I’m just getting started! It’s all about what you eat and during a bulking season, I’m not expecting my core to be defined at all but it won’t stop my from strengthening it! Hope all of are doing awesome during the #gymshark66

Making quick work of 272 today!
Out of all 3 lifts my deadlifts have changed the most over the last 2 years. Right now I feel like they are the most technically sound they have ever been, but I know I still have things to work on.
I'm excited to see in 11 weeks where I am at and have a bit of fun!

Here’s some legs with upper body from today’s workout ⤵️
•10 kettle bell RDLs into rows
•10 side to side lunges (each leg) into overhead press w/ kettle bells
•10 front and back lunges on platform (each leg)
•10 sumo squat w/ kettle bell front raise
•12 back and forth cable squat walks into cable rows (no video)
If you want some sore legs try it out! I know I’ll be feeling it tomorrow 🙂
