is over 8 weeks post show, and has worked with @whitneyjones_ifbbpro
on gradually increasing her food each week, while steadily decreasing her cardio. Her physique is looking AMAZING still, and she has been able to stay within a 6lb range of stage weight.
She enjoys weekly treat meals, and currently is cycling between 175-270 carbs DAILY. 🍞🍌🥔
Sometimes it’s hard to see the end goal with a reverse diet, but @flex.ft_dlou
have stayed consistent this reverse, and her next prep will be SOOOO much easier due to her being so diligent.
