When you lose body fat as a woman it’ll usually come off the places you wouldn’t mind keeping: face, boobs, butt. 3. No pills or creams will give you bigger boobs unless it’s female oral contraceptives. 4. If you can’t do push-ups, start on your knees. 5. In video, when stronger, put the arm closer to your torso so the forearm angle to floor is more like 90. I put mine high here to decrease difficulty. 6. Avoid raising your shoulders off the bench in chest presses. 7. Stretch your lats and pecs with towel rotations. 8. Muscle knots in the pectoralis major can cause “false angina” meaning they can give false symptoms of heart issues. 9. If you have rounded shoulders and neglect back training you set yourself up for injury if you keep on bench pressing without balancing it out. 10. Mushrooms & cauliflower stir fry Ingredients: 908 g cauliflower rice 227 g mushrooms 100 g red onion Italian herb mix Garlic powder 1 tbsp cold pressed olive oil 150 g chicken breast, cooked Pam’s cooking spray Fresh parsley Directions: coat a wok pan with cooking spray. Stir fry the veggies until moist. Season with the olive oil, spices and herbs. Add chicken breast strips. Need more calories? Add more olive oil or add sunflower seeds. Need less food volume? Cut out half the cauliflower and add more olive oil to compensate for the missing calories. Don’t eat meat? This goes great together with quorn, a vegetarian man made mushroom and egg white protein source. Other ways to mix it up: mustard + stevia for sweet & sour ground venison instead of chicken canned pink salmon instead add saffron to the cauliflower shrimp are perfect here add @wildbrine Kimchi or make a frittata with egg whites. Does the #fighterdiet concept work? Yes! My before and current pics are proof that it does. Is it easy? Heck no! There is no easy way with a fitness lifestyle, it is constant struggle mentally and physically. The bikini I have on in my current pic is the outfit I bought at the beginning of the #fdnewyearschallenge as my goal at the end if the 12 weeks. I always try whatever I bought on at the half way point to make sure I’m moving in the right direction. Yes I am, it fits already. This challenge has been more of a mental one rather than physical one for me. My demons have been rearing their ugly heads and I’ve had a few breakdowns. Each time I put the pieces back together, I’m stronger. Ingredients: 908 g cauliflower rice 400 g cucumbers 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil Pam’s cooking spray 1 tsp Curry powder 1 tsp turmeric 150 g chicken breast, cooked How to prep: coat a wok pan with cooking spray, then stir fry the rice with the spices, add the sesame oil, cucumbers and chicken when done.
