Watch out ~ Here I come. One of my favorite moves in Core De Force!! Have you ever done a combat type workout? If so what was or is it? I have to say this is my second Combat type workout and I love it for its core chiseling ability.
Oh my goodness~ this is a5 minute plank challenge. I have only made it through this completely twice. I nailed it today. The secret I learned is to do it first not after I have done a 35 minute workout. Plus it's a perfect warm up. My Core, despite being 53 and in that season of life.🙀...has really tightened up❤️
I really am loving these MMA workouts. I am super drenched at the end. This workout has 12 rounds. Each round is two MMA combinations and 2 spikes(hitt workouts) in between. I am always grateful after completion. I may not look like A mean competitor but I give it my best shot. Kicks are my favorite🙅🏻. I am on day 24 of 30. What do you think, am I ready for the boxing ring?😂😂😂😂😂👊🏼

I am not going to lie~ some workout days are just hard~ and today it was a struggle. Gosh my nose was running, I was hot, my energy was no where to be be found. I had to modify in parts. But I didn't push stop on the DVD. I just worked at my speed today. No matter where you are on your journey we all have days or moments like that. It's okay just go at your speed and ability. The good news is I am starting to master some of the moves that I just didn't get I. The beginning. When was the last time you struggled through a workout?
