Bevor ich die schweren Druckübungen mache (Bankdrücken und Schrägbankdrücken) beginne ich erst mit einer Isolationsübung das heisst mit einer fliegenden Übung entweder, mit Kurzhanteln oder am Kabelzug um ein Muskelgefühl aufzubauen und um Blut in den Muskel zu pumpen um eine vorermüdung zuerzeugen. Eine der besten übungen ist Kabelcross ich bin ein Fan der Oberenbrust wenn sie schön rauskommt und die Fasern rauskloppen die Spannungskurve ist der Hammer weil man permanent Spannung hat, zum auspumpen ist diese Übungen eine der besten überhaupt. Wenig Gewicht saubere Ausführung die Schultern hinten lassen, Brust raus und schön die Brust vorne zusammen puschen. I laughed at myself for buying these, but my eggs came out perfect. I mixed up 6 oz of egg whites with 1 whole egg and seasoning (each cup seems to hold 2 oz), boiled 13 minutes.
