Don't fight to convert. From meat to Veg. I'm doing it like how I would cook meaty breakfast or dinner. I don't eat pork so I substituted bacon for Turkey rasher. Now I choose #veggiebacon
for meaty Verison. I'm not actually shocking the system, I am slowly weaning my self off meat, but still be comfortable and fuljoy eating instead of resenting the vegan dishes. So today I will be cooking #tofu
and I already season my tofu ready for later. I'm going to Brownstew it with hard boil food. Small portion fills me up. I've lost 5Inces off my waist since I started in TUES.
I love to drink Lemon water in the morning to wake up my insides. However this week I started to eat the cold compress coconut oil, instead of lemon water. I must say I'm feeling the effects of that. My body seems to be absorbing the nutrients I need. Quicker also feel the belly fat shrinking. I also use it on my face for my tried eyes. The best. You will see my Page changing over the few weeks to come. As I'm tapping into my #holistic
side so I will be bringing more #healthier #dishes
and menu plans for the week.
