We can NOT tell you which Type of “Test Booster” is right for you. . However, we can provide you with information to help you understand the benefits and potential risks of each. Then you can make an informed decision based off of what you want and are okay with. . We tend to Compartmentalize Testosterone Supplements into two main Categories. . First we have “Natural Test Boosters”. These can produce “Good” results and are generally very safe. These will use all natural ingredients and help your own body to produce and utilize more testosterone. You should not have to worry about any side effects, or cycling off at all. Wanted to go for a heavier single but the body was not feeling it. Still, tested out a new gym and loved it . After a heavy ass squat day i was hungry! 1 85 lean ground beef pattie 3 whole free range eggs 3 slices of Ezekiel bread 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter 3 table spoons of smuckers sugar free red raspberrie preserves jelly If youve noticed, theres alot of fat in this meal, i do this because when you train legs hard, you deplete alot of your natural testosterone, saturated fat helps boost your natural testosterone levels! Plenty of carbs both fast and slow digesting and it taste amazing Basically i cook up my eggs over easy, i make one peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and the other piece of bread i put one tbs of natural peanut butter and 1 tbsp of sugar free preserves and out the other two eggs on it, its actually really good! Big changes happen, but not over night. . Over the course of a week or two or more the changes in your body can be hard to notice if your just going by what you see in the mirror, however taking pictures and comparing will show you how great your doing or be a reminder to not cheat on your self and put in more effort. . 48 hr fast and counting.. I'm thinking of pushing it to a 60 or maybe a 72hr fast... Not doing it for wieght loss.. I didn't even step on the scale this time. I can careless about losing muscle or entering into a fat free ketosis( #keto joke laugh). I’ve heard damn near every excuse in the book… “I have bad genetics.” “I can’t afford supplements.” “I just need to train harder.” Hell, I’ve even heard guys (boys) blame their mom’s cooking!

Truth is, if you’re not building muscle, there are only few things you could be getting wrong.
_ 
You’re Not Eating Enough: I don’t care how hard you train, you’re not supplying your body with the necessary nutrients to grow you’ll never build muscle.
_ 
You’re Not Getting Stronger: The main pathway by which we build muscle is known as progressive overload. Unless you’re stimulating muscle growth through gradually doing more work in the gym, you’ll never build muscle.
_ 
Not Enough Protein: If you’re in a surplus (eating enough for growth), but you’re not consuming enough protein, it’s like trying to build a house – you may have enough workers, but not enough bricks!
_ 
Inconsistency: If you’re “eating enough”, but not consistently, you’re not eating enough. If you’re getting stronger, but are skipping sessions, you’re not doing enough total work. You’ve got to be consistent!
