💓 my Monday workout 🏃🏻‍♀️ It was #sightseeing day so made it a short sesh #shortbutsweet and it all counts!! So if you can squeeze it in, do it! . 1. Started with #sprints , swipe ➡️ for #workoutsummary being 5 mins walk at 3.5mph then 5 mins jog at 5.5mph then 10 x 30 sec on/off sprints at 8.5mph (slower than my norm back home at 14kmph but I couldn't do the math that fast and just set the speed at what I felt comfortable with) followed by 5 mins jog at 5.5 / 5mph and 2 mins cool down walk at decreasing speed 👍🏻 #cardioworkout #cardio 2. I started with nothing had to start from scratch. With literally little to no muscle on my body. I learned what works for my body and what doesn’t, what foods work for me and what makes me bloat. I learned what workouts to follow because everyone’s body is different you really need to know what works FOR YOU❤️🙌🏻 I WOULD EATTTT EATTTTT and EATTTTT😅 I would eat on the bus to work, on the way home, walking to the gym, waiting for the bus etc literally anything to get my food in for the day 👊🏻👏 It takes time doesn’t happen overnight. Gonna be days you don’t notice any progress but if you keep at it you’ll be surprised by what you can accomplish ❤️😍 I’ve gained 40 pounds it’s still a huge shock to me! If I can gain muscle while having an insanely fast metabolism, gain 40 pounds , and beat an eating disorder you can literally accomplish anything 👏🔥
Pretty good gym day. I’ve had to scale it back quite a bit because I’m 99% sure I have an incisional hernia. I had surgery about 4 weeks ago, and I guess I wasn’t ready to increase weight like I did. I also didn’t know hernias could be so tender to the touch. Hopefully, I’ll find out for sure soon. Does anyone know if surgery is optional? Does the pain eventually go away? I prefer not to have another surgery. Happy Hump day my friends!!

My #transformationtuesday is very much mental as much as physical. I have struggled through the years of WANTING to be healthy and fit but never sticking to a plan. I’ve tried diets, “quick fixes”, starving myself, pills, fasting...you name it ive probably tried it. 🤷‍♀️ . I feel blessed that I finally found the tools to become a better version of myself. Always remember it doesn’t matter where you start all that matters is that you never stop chasing your goals.
Bent over rows has to be one of the top exercises that I see people doing incorrectly by standing way to upright. So always remember to be in a bent over position as the name of the exercise suggests.
If you can’t keep yourself from swinging during dumbbell curls try sitting it eliminates most of if not all of the swing and makes the exercise even harder. Epic shoulder and arms session today 👍🏻
