🌊 or ☁️? .
LA has had a week straight of rain and I am dreaming about this blue sky 💭. What is it about shitty weather that makes us feel like 💩? (Also why isnt there a sad poop emoji? Pooping isn't always pleasant!) With crazy weather coast to coast here are my top 5 tips for feeling good no matter the forecast. .
1. Move. 🏃🏼♀️Especially when you don't want to. .
2. Eat warm and nourishing foods. 🍲Soup, chickpea pasta, stews are all healthy and will satisfy that need to feel cozy without binging on Mac and cheese.
3. Embrace #hygge
. If the Danes can be happy in awful weather so can we! 🌟
4. Schedule fun. Just because the weather isn't the best doesn't mean you can't schedule indoor activities that bring you joy. .
5. Check your levels. ☀️ #SAD
is a very real thing so make sure youre getting enough vitamin d and B12 .
