One of my travel goals is to travel to Jamaica and hear a live reggae band. I’m a huge fan of reggae music. I know I can experience one almost anywhere, yet Jamaica is the birthplace of reggae - it’s just a personal desire of mine.

Not sure who needs to hear this, but you should....
Just got back from my second time in Cuba. This time we stayed much longer so we could visit different areas. We had a life-changing time. It was more than a vacation. We never stayed at a hotel or resort. It was a whole experience on so many levels. We stayed in the towns, in the village, in the mountains, in the city. We saw everything from sheeps and goats, pigs, horses, trekked through thick mud and woke up to roosters cuckooing at 5am in Pinar de Rio to balcony views of international diplomats driving up for a ceremony in Havana, to eating dinner at a family’s home as they showed us their imported décor and shared their finest wines in Vedado. We toured the coffee and tobacco fields and smoked cigars in Viñales. We gave and received gifts from the locals, exchanged hugs, handshakes and good laughs, watched lightning from the edge of the Malécon and more. A whole week without WiFi, fast food, reality tv and the fast-paced rhythm of NYC life. So ima get back to it but first, I have to share. ❤️ ⛰ ☀️#vinales #vinalescuba #cuba #blackstravel #blacktravel #travelnoire #airbnb #views #wanderlust #lifestyleblogger #livingmybestlife #travel #instatravel
