I am very cognizant of the amount of energy I've been using these days. You see, I aim to walk my talk and that means time to rest is a thing I take seriously, just like I advise my clients.
I promised myself a break to rest from December 22nd to New Year's day. So back to the drink. This smoothie has all the ingredients I needed to get energy as I have compressed the work of one month in two weeks! smoothies can be harsh during the winter and I know the importance of seasonal eating so I came up with this magical drink using some winter foods & spices. Here's the recipe for you
🌿 1 scoop if MVP vanilla, my probiotic and stress adaptogen plant protein blend.
