This was the workout I should have done yesterday, but I couldn’t drag my lazy butt out of bed. I was tired, it was rainy and cold, blah, blah, blah...bottom line? I didn’t get up.
Sure - missing one day and delaying one workout isn’t the end of the world. There’s still time to get all my workouts in the for the week. But what happened yesterday bugs me because it’s what used to happen all the time. Hitting snooze, sleeping late and skipping workouts used to be my norm, and the fear of falling back into that routine made me get my booty out of bed this morning. There’s a difference between having grace with yourself and making excuses for your laziness. Who else is pushing through some laziness this #friday
