Day 46: cardio core 😅 Felt bloated from eating pizza last night and having a sugary latte, and I've had a headache all morning. Do I make myself feel bad and skip my workout so I can sulk? HELL NO! Attitude! It’s what keeps ya going. Let’s be clear my attitude can suck sometimes. But I try super hard to change that. I gotta have a positive attitude if I want to make the changes in my life that I want to make. I’m finishing up my 80 day program finally and come October 8th starting a new program and so if you are ready to change your attitude to reach your goals let me know and we can do it together in this new at home program yeet. I can’t believe I have less than 2 weeks till I finish this 80 day program 🙌🏻, it has certainly been trying at times but I can’t believe how much stronger I have got.
My journey won’t be stopping there, on October 1st I am starting another program but this one is for 8 weeks and only 4 workouts of hiit/weights a week! 😮 and they are only 30/40 minutes long 😯, bloody fantastic, I can’t wait.

This week I have had my ups and downs but I will not give up. I will push through. I will change my life for the better. I will workout and eat healthy to get back to the body I like. I will show my boys how important it is to eat healthy and stay active. If I only teach my boys a few things the things I want them to learn is to love God with all there hearts, souls, and minds, to treat others with respect, and to live a healthy life. Let me tell you a story!
As many of you know, in January I started @80dayobsession
while I was living in a hotel...waiting for my family’s housing assignment in Germany.
What you may not know is this was the first program longer than 21 days that I had ever gone “all in” for. I was 100% on workouts and meal plan which included not drinking alcohol for all 13 weeks.
I had amazing results! I leaned out and built muscles I didn’t know I ever could! I also transformed internally, which has snowballed a whole new journey.
Not drinking alcohol for 13 weeks provided me with clarity I NEVER expected. I learned how far I’ve come, and even more how far I have to go. I learned that deep down I have a rage...one that never existed before a certain point in my life (as I have spoken with people who have known me for 15+ years and are not blood-related family just to make sure this wasn’t deeper than I’ve already found). This rage is something I can explain, but I don’t know how to let go of yet. I’m working on it. This rage has pulled me back to prayer and devotion, and for those who know me...I’m more of a Karma and Universe has your back kinda girl so this is a really big deal. I need everyone and all the cosmic powers to help me.
It’s more than a “rise above and just let it go” kinda rage because I’ve risen and let go more times than I can count for this particular thing in my life and my subconscious just won’t let me anymore.
At some point I may explain exactly what this rage is and why it’s such a deep rotted problem. Until then, just know...I’m working on it. I’m THANKFUL for the clarity to know just how deep of a problem this is because now I can properly deal with it.
📣 January 15th - September 9th 📣 .
When the New Year came around I decided to “try again” with my Beachbody journey as a coach. But first I wanted to work on myself and get myself better inside and out ▪️ .
After two kids a lot changed, but not only on the outside and what everyone saw, it was also on the inside and how I felt. It wasn’t that I didn’t “like” the way my body looked, it was more so even though I truly had everything I wanted and more in my life, something was still missing. ▪️ .
I decided to really find that missing piece and do whatever I could to find it. It was giving myself some me time. Some time that I did not have to be his wife or their mommy. I was able to release stress from a long day or just vent to myself. It was just a time that I could do no wrong.▪️ .
But at the same time it was helping others that I just absolutely love doing. Seeing someone smile because they have accomplished something all by themselves, is just so special to me. Knowing that even the smallest words I just might have made someone’s day. That right there was that missing piece to my life that I am forever thankful I am able to do. ▪️

I was all fired up to day 45 of 80 Day Obsession this morning. ☀️ Halfway through the workout my brain started chattering. It filled up with talk about all the struggles and difficulties I am going through both physically and emotionally. My body stopped moving. I got lost and wanted to quit. 🚫💣🚫💣 I fell back into child's pose and a voice roared into my brain yelling "Are you fucking kidding me? Why are you letting this problem rob you of this time. Shut. It. Down. Now." And I did. 🙌
