Part 26- Their students continued attending tournaments as well, and always did an amazing job!
25 part 2- For many years in a row 7 star martial arts attended the July 4th parade. The lion dancing and demonstrations mid parade were exciting.
Part 25- The school continued taking place in community events like the July 4 parade in round rock!
Part 24- Two students who had come up through the ranks to black belt became assistant instructors!
Jeff and Damien took turns teaching classes, but had additional help as well. The knowledge of the instructors who have now become a team helped all of the students to rise in skill!
Part 23- in 2013 Kung fu kids got its own logo. Classes were going great.
Jeff had some professional photos created to help with advertising classes at the community center.
He also had a large banner made that was put up outside of the community center.
Part 22- Parents absolutely loved and continued to love the things that we do for kids. Some parents took professional grade photos, and they came out looking great! Don’t you think?

Part 21- Seven Star Martial Arts was becoming more and more a family rather than just a martial arts school. In 2012 the school got together at their first local baseball game!
They loved spending time with each other, and the social aspect of the children and adults hanging out outside of class brought them closer together!
This would be just one of many events that the Seven Star Martial Arts family did together outside of training.

Part 20- in 2011 Jeff bought out his friend and partner Damien Mills. Jeff had a vision for Seven Star Martial Arts and wanted to continue his entrepreneurial grind, but Sifu Mills was not in a place where he was ready to put more hours into the business.
Jeff began studying when he had time, to learn more about running a business.
Even though he had been an entrepreneur for many years, he didn’t take the time to learn how to grow his business other than word-of-mouth.
Sifu Damien Mills continued on as the head instructor of the school. Jeff still enjoyed teaching kids more than anything. And loved watching his own children advance in skill!
Part 19- Jeff continued spreading kung fu in local schools. The daycare owners and school operators loved the respect that the kids learned, and how Jeff taught them to use it with their peers and adults.
At this stage Jeff was traveling to 13 separate schools during the day, and still teaching classes in the evening.
This is the point where Jeff learned his entrepreneurial grind!

Part 18- Again, without having a storefront, Seven Star Martial Arts held its first tournament in 2007.
They combined traditional events like sparring and forms with nontraditional events like a horse stance competition.

part 17- in 2007, Seven Star Martial Arts held its first photo day.
Students were able to get professional pictures done in uniform.

Part 16- in 2006 Seven Star Martial Arts held its first annual Christmas party. Even though they didn’t have storefront, they wanted to do things for their students that no other martial arts school would do.
they purchased gift and how the raffle, and purchased smaller gifts as well. Every single child in attendance received a gift during the party.
This began a tradition that is still going on every year!

Part 15- Damien and Jeff started using technology to their advantage. They began recording their curriculum and techniques and using them as practice aids for their students.
After a time at the Brushy Creek community center, the center changed it’s policy’s.
The new policy was going to charge a majority of Seven Star Martial Arts students an extra fee per month.
At this time, the fee was a significant amount of money added to the students tuition.
Jeff approached the fern bluff community center once again, which had undergone new management.
They were happy to have Seven Star Martial Arts return and continue classes there!
Part 14- Damien and Jeff created their own curriculum, self-defense demonstrations, and belt structure. And the school began to grow at the community center.
Classes were held at the fern bluff center community center. After a few months, the center changed its rules, and no longer allowed non-residents to hold classes there.
Jeff and Damien moved their classes to the Brushy Creek community center.
Part 13- Jeff had so many students that wanted to train with him say that they were going to leave the school, that he decided along with his kung fu brother Damien to start up a class at a community center for the diehard students that wanted to train with them.
A large portion of the school decided to follow Jeff. He told everyone they could train for free until their commitment was finished at the old school.
It was then that Jeff and Damien formed a partnership and in 2005 Seven Star Martial Arts was born!
