It’s a shame for anyone to grow old without seeing the strength of which their body is capable of..
That is why I love challenging my body in all sorts of ways from gym to track to mountain and I have my CF to thank for that!!
No better feeling that strong and confident in yourself and body in all situations ... after all we all want to feel great and look good naked and in clothes hey!

Leg extension / body weight squats 1 minute
Single leg press / double leg press
Front racked with KB walking lunges / RDL / front squats
Leg curls / KB farmers walks
