This should have a TOTALLY different approach compared to a short 30 second max effort. A max effort for 5+ minutes needs to be intense, but sustainable for the full duration. You should hit the half way point feeling in control!!
Keep this in mind and I know you’re going to crush that 2k!!-
P.S. you can always bring more at the end if you’ve got it! But nothing is worse than having ZERO energy to sprint it out to finish! 👍
