We talk to ourselves every day. I don't know about you, but my self talk has often been very negative. I have put myself down and insulted myself more than anyone else ever has. I am trying to change that and to be more gentle with myself. Self-care is very important. Try not to speak negatively about yourself. Before you say something negative to yourself, stop and ask yourself if you would say that to someone else. If you wouldn't, then don't say it to yourself either. Speak kindly to yourself. It will do wonders for yourself mentally and physically. You will feel better about yourself and you will find that your relationships with others will grow stronger. We show others how they should treat us by how we treat ourselves. Treat yourselves well because you deserve the best!!
